Skip These Items Pre-Infusion

Things you may want to skip before your appointment

NSAIDS

01

NSAIDs not only disrupt your gut health, but they can also negatively impact stem cells and exosomes. It's recommended to avoid NSAIDs for at least two weeks before your infusion, and ideally for as long as possible afterward. Many people find they no longer feel the need to use them. Your gut, along with your new cells and exosomes, will thank you.

ALCOHOL

Many of us enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine, but alcohol contributes to inflammation. One of the key benefits of stem cells and exosomes is their ability to reduce inflammation throughout the body. So, why make your cells work against the inflammation caused by drinking? For optimal results, consider giving yourself a 1-week alcohol break before and a 3-week break after your infusion.

02

ANTIBIOTICS

We would never recommend avoiding antibiotics when necessary and prescribed, but much like NSAIDs, they can significantly impact your gut microbiome. If you're taking antibiotics, it's best to finish the course and schedule your infusion at least four weeks after completing the medication. Incorporating gut-friendly foods and supplements during this period to help restore your gut health is also a great idea.

03

Be sure to consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medications
