BRIAN SAMUEL "SAM" ILER
Driven by a desire to take charge of his own health, our Founder embarked on a wellness journey after the traditional medical system failed to offer him solutions. Hearing the words "there's nothing wrong with you" when there clearly was, became both a moment of frustration and a catalyst for change. Those words ignited his pursuit of self-directed health solutions and eventually led to the founding of Exostem Health.
Through his research and exploration, he discovered the transformative power of combining Exosomes and Stem Cells. The results were astounding—remarkable rejuvenation and a significant boost to his overall well-being. However, the path wasn’t without challenges: the process was costly, lacked transparency in quality and quantities, and required traveling abroad. These experiences inspired him to create Exostem Health, aiming to make these cutting-edge innovations more accessible and empowering others on their own health journeys.

An ICU Nurse and ER Nurse Practitioner turned health and longevity enthusiast, I am passionate about regenerative and longevity medicine. With my own IV and Wellness business in Sacramento, I have partnered with Exostem to bring the most innovative health solutions to our clients. This collaboration allows me to blend cutting-edge science with compassionate care, empowering individuals to achieve optimal wellness and vitality. I am dedicated to guiding our clients on their journey to a healthier, more vibrant life.
DR. PREETJAN SAHOTA,
MD
With a medical career spanning since 1994, I transitioned into the wellness field in 2009, combining extensive clinical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to health. Currently serving in both the VA system and CDCR, I am committed to integrating innovative technology into patient care. Outside of work, I am dedicated to personal wellness through yoga, hiking, and meditation. Having lived in the greater Sacramento area since 1998, I am deeply invested in the well-being of my community and excited to offer the latest innovations in health and wellness.

A dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in startup operations, strategic planning, and innovation. Known for driving results in fast-paced environments, he has consistently achieved organizational goals while fostering collaboration. Jon has led both startups and established companies, providing visionary leadership and operational expertise. Beyond his professional work, he's a strong proponent of self-health care, focused on improving well-being with organic approaches and making them accessible to others.
